In Search of the Perfect Arm Chair

Today we’re talking arm chairs! During a recent Craigslist pickup, I kind of fell in love with the arm chair situation in a stranger’s home, and ever since I can’t get them out of my head! So I’m on the hunt for an arm chair (or two) for our home.

I think one of the reasons that I love the idea of arm chairs so much is that they’re so versatile. They’re small compared to a whole sofa, so they can more easily be moved around (even from room to room!) when the mood strikes. They are usually more affordable than larger pieces of furniture as well.

I love the idea of using a couple arm chairs to create a conversational area, or one in a corner for a cozy reading nook.
