I’m back at it again with more organization tips and tricks for your home! You can see all the posts in the Home Organization 101 series here.
Today we’re talking about creating an organized bathroom. I find that bathrooms are often at the top of people’s lists for annoyingly disorganized spots in their home. Whether it’s due to the sheer number of small bottles, hair accessories, makeup, and more, or the fact that a bathroom is heavily used, this room can prove to be a tough one to solve in the organization department.
So I want to share with you three ideas to help you have a more organized bathroom. These are things that you can implement into your bathroom with little time, energy, and money, so get ready to make some changes!

The first way you can add some extra organization to your bathroom is through shelving! Whether you hang floating shelves, install shelves with brackets, or simply put a freestanding shelf in your bathroom, you will gain extra storage space for towels, toiletries, and decor! Shelves are a great way to add more organization to your bathroom especially if you’re tight on space.

And what better things to put on those shelves than baskets?! A cute basket can do a space wonders—both in style and organization. You can group like items together in baskets for ease, as well as hide unmentionables or things that would otherwise make a space look cluttered. See five other uses for baskets in your home here.

Trays and jars are both indispensable when it comes to organizing a bathroom. If you have things that you want to keep out on your counter, corralling them with a tray or containing them in a jar makes the space look clean and pulled together. See more ideas for trays and clear containers here.
